Homecomngs Financial Mortgage Stole our famlies home Dallas, Texas

we lost our home to homecomings financial mortgage 5 years ago, and we are still trying to get into a class action suit against them.  They would hold our payments, then send them back to us, and wait until the payment got so high and then they demanded payment all at once.  We got an attorney and his advice was to turn the keys over to them, he said he has dealt with them before and they work within a fine line of the law.  He said it will cost you a lot of money fighting them and at the end you will not win anyway.

They also kept trying to add more homeowners insurance on our house, and I had to keep sending them letters and faxes stating that we already had insurance on our house and we had insurance on our home for the 17 years we lived there.  I could never talk to a supervisor, never could get past the first person that answered the phone.  I would ask for the supervisor to call me back and of couse they never did make that call. So we lost our home after 17 years, and my husband and I and our 13 year old son have been renting ever since.

After renting a home right around the corner from our home Homecomings had the nerve to call me and ask me to get a realtor and help them sell our home.  I just sat there holding the phone speechless, then I blew up in their face. What the killer is, we had our home financed in our home town, but our servicing got sold to homecomings and then it was all down hill after that. Anyone getting a class action suit against these people, please find a way to contact me.
