Homeeqq raised our interest rate than sent out forclosure notice North Highlands California

my son had a seizure and my wife went to call 911 and she fell and broke her ankle she was off work for awhile.well we have been trying to work things out with homeeq on keeping us out of foreclosure.

we owe 2500 to them which we have but than they added legal fees to it as well. $2100 is what they said are the legal fees so they wont work with us even though we have what we owe on our mortgage.

they want us to pay the legal fees too. when i called on the 2nd of july i asked them if the 2000 would be alright to keep us out of foreclosure and the lady i talked to say yes as long as we got it in by the 10th. i called on the 7th of july to check on some other things and they tell me that the 2000 isnt enough that we need to come up with 5000 inorder to stop the foreclosure. i asked why did one person say 2000 was good and they couldnt give me a answer and this was the migation dept that said it was fine.they couldnt tell me why one was ok but now they want 5000 instead. and they werent willing to help us even though we have 2500 to give them. ive tried everywhere to come up with the money but not having any luck. they are suppose to at least try to help but arent willing too.
