First of all you can call yourself by any other name, real estate agent, scammer, loser, etc. because it won't change what you really are.

I too was taken in my this agency. They were posting all over craig's list. I feel for the 149 fee only to find out that the posting I had seen (which had been posted less than 24 hours before) magically no longer existed. I had to call the land lords myself (which I found odd as my sister has gone through real estate agents and usually the contact the land lord or land lady for you. And almost all of them no longer had apartments or some were illegal (why would someone with an illegall apartment be allowed to work with a real estate agent?). They even reposted the ad on Craig's list that intially lured me in and when I asked they once again said it had already been taken.

I think that is called the bait and switch.

These Derogatory statements you find about us are ONLY BY None other then OUR COMPETITORS, who ARE NOT LICENSED and Are Practicing Real estate Transactions Illegally. Ask for their RE License, they will not be able to produce a valid license. Thats when you should leave their office and seek out a valid Real Estate office, Like us.   It is not our intention to Bash our competitors. Everyone has the right to make money, But DO THE RIGHT THING!
