Homeland Security - Monitronics Just not justified in their requirements and restrictions for having Visa passed for the uSA. Unequal in judgements. Sahuarita, Arizona
The HomeLand Security,Visa discrimination practices: Its a shame that the protectionist for our country are so overwhelminhgly scared. Its a serious problem when the American Citizen has to nothing illegal,to become suspect, for a crime, uncommitted, nor even thought to exist in mind. The purpose of acquiring a Visa for your wife is not a crime, nor is filing all the documents legally a crime, when no fraud or deception is evident. Its a shame that those in authority, have such power to ruin innocent lives, through assuming that a persons character is so questionable that the administrations of seperate departments can comment and develope a verdict,of guilt, when there is no guilt inititives even deployed in the context,of any documents. When a person enters into the system, and has a different approach, which is legal, but seldom observed,it instantly becomes a Red Flag, and the decision to investigate is readily available rather than to give the persons involved to explain why such a situation is perfectly legal, and within the Income the Income Disability Tax Free Income. My wife and me have entered into scrutiny,of a petition for a USA Visa. The Immigration Visa Poverty GuideLines were met for the year 2008.Through the whole process the NVC seemed to have been waylayed our documents, and through a very ardous procedure and a kind person in the NVC,to relay our message to the NVC,that we were wondering where our Petition was.Within a week they informed us,that the Petition was at the Embassy.Within twelve hours we received a call from the Embassy to inform of us when the Visa Packet was being sent to us,and the date for the interview. We were finally happy, but only for a short period of time,or for a few weeks of a hectic physical, and waiting time for the day of the Interview.
Four minutes the interview took to deny the Visa, and four questions. Then later to my lawyers inquiry, the Consulate wrote a e-mail,to the effect we did not offer any tangible proof of Income, nor our Banks account balances. The Interviewer never asked for these things, and the interviewer, also never accepted the proof of Income, nor asked my wife for the banks documents,or any other information. The Interviewer was very curt, and discurteous to my wife, and instructed the Office Translator to explain what the white form meant. The translator told my wife it was about the Income Tax,when its really a Revocation of the Visa Petition, and to possibly acquire a co sponsor. Anything but the truth was in comment to my wife.
Thus now we are trying to re establish the case as is,fore we feel the Visa was ours, after all the money spent, and the misconceptions of a Department of HomeLand who apparently have not one understanding of the Disabled Non Taxable Income, nor what the Disability and Compensation are in the contex of lncome tax laws, for the disabled and low income tax payers, whom have a choice.
This is all for now.
