@HomePhoneAgents DealerForce, John King, Don Queen, Angelique Hofacre, Chris STILL NOT PAYING ITS CONTRACTORS! SCAM Internet-FL

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

OK, it took a while to put this together here, but since these people owe ME money as well, I’d figure I’d chime in. 

It looks like the very FIRST Rip-Off Report on these people was filed back in September of 2010.  See “Advanced Marketing Concepts Don Queen, Angelique Hofacre Nonpayment to agents for work done New Port Richey, Florida”

Then this from August of 2011, when it appears they were still operating a “brick & mortar” business.  See “Advanced Marketing Concepts Don Queen, Angelique Hofacre Has a bad habit of not paying their employees New Port Richey, Florida”  STILL recruiting by the way.

This from September of 2012: “Dealer Force, Advanced Marketing, Don Queen & Robert(Jerold) Scott This company has yet to pay me I worked a full 2 weeks as well as the other employees and noone has received a paycheck because they havent received funds from the Client!”

Then this from September of 2013: “Dealerforce, Advanced Marketing DO NOT WORK FOR THEM STILL OWES EMPLOYEES PAY FOR MONTHS!!! New Port Richey Florida”

And NOW this from March of this year (2014): “John King, At Home Phone Agents John King Worked for a Month With No Pay! Clearwater Florida”

I began doing telemarketing work for a John King of "@HomePhoneAgents" in Clearwater, FL on February 12, 2014 and concluded on March 11, 2014. 

Their pay periods are bi-weekly, on Fridays, so because they were being paid THAT upcoming Friday (Feb 14th), we were told our first pay date would be two weeks from that day, which was Feb 28th. 

When I didn't receive a Paypal deposit that morning (I was told that Paypal was their ONLY method of Payment)I asked John about my paycheck. He then explained that I hadn't received it because it hadn't been sent.  We had a brief disagreement on the amount of the pay, however, it was quickly resolved because according to John "I was a good agent so he wanted to make sure I got paid".  He then processed the Paypal transaction RIGHT THEN while I was on the phone with him. Over the next two weeks there were repeated changes in accounts, lack of hours and leads and excuses for no feedback/reporting of results from the dealerships, as there was to be a bonus paid for shows AND show + sale. 

On Tuesday, March 11, 2014 I informed "John" that I could no longer commit to the time commitment based on what was going on.  He indicated that he would "see to it" that I was paid that upcoming Friday, as I had been a "great agent for him" and he was adding contracts and the leads would be picking up soon. 

Friday March 14th pay. Called Monday the 17th...he acted surpised and "don't know what happened"..."let me follow up and get back with you".  No call.  Next day, my call goes to his voice mail.  I call from my Google talk number, HE PICKS UP!  He then begins with his story of being sooooo busy with the "new programs" that he hadn't been able to follow up.  I ask him to complete the transaction RIGHT THEN as he had the prior pay-period.  He tells me "payroll" does that and he'll have to call over there and couldn't do it by putting me on hold and making the call as I asked.  He then asks "is THIS (my Google talk number) the best number to reach you?"  I respond no, you have my number.  His response "OK, look for a call from me this afternoon".  Of course that call never came.  He then begins to ignore my calls from both my cell and my Google Talk number. 

This goes on for a couple of days.  I then decide call from a 3rd number (my VOIP).  He picks up!  Immediately starts lying about making the request to payroll, he even sends me an excell spreadsheet that shows the amount of money they ADMIT to owing me.  Says my money will be there by the end of the business day.  Didn't happen.  We're now 2+ weeks after the pay-period and he's still ducking my calls.  One day, I believe by mistake, he picks up my call...I say "John, what's the problem?"...his response was "this isn't John, this is Mike, John just stepped out, and I’ll let him know you called".  This man is a LIAR.  They appear to change not only the name of the company (@HomePhoneAgents or DealerForce, etc.) but their names as well.  I believe John King=Don Queen and Chris=Angelique Hofacre (this is the name on the Paypal account that I was paid from, it matches this email:  Angelique Hofacre has MULTIPLE arrests.

I’m willing to supply ANY/ALL information and am open to any/all suggestions as to how this should be handled.  I can to bring justice to this group of people/scam artists.  Thanks.
