HomEq Servicing ripping us off blind... Need HELP ! ! Sacamento California

We are at our wits end with HomeEq. We have been at the mercy of these morons for to long. We had to file for bankruptcys because of theses money hungry morons.

We have never missed a payment since we filed bankruptcy in 06 and even gave them a large payment last year so they would not foreclose on our home.We have been rudely talked to by them threatened with foreclosure told we were in default or behind in payments . We just got another default letter the other day and now they are saying we are behind 8 payments in "06" and we filed bankruptys in "06".

We lost our first home to a fire in Katrina we really went through the ringer with these morons and wound back up with them. We are at our wits end we are finacially not able to keep giving these people money we do not owe.
I have severe health problems and these people are putting stress that I do not need on me, we need some help please if any one wants to do a Class Action Law Suit against these people we would greatly appreciate it.
Please get back to me as so as possible ,we are talking to our Bankruptys lawyer this Mon.and hoping he will have some good news on what to do .
Our last Default letter says we have till Oct. 9th to come up with $3,574.67
to make everything current but we are not behind I have all my Western Union receipts.

They are holing $891.44 in suspense until our account gets settled......
