Homes.com Homes.com is garbage Internet

This service is garbage. I am not sure what I am paying for but working with Homes.com is worthless. I was contacted by Homes.com because a zip code I support was available on Homes.com. I decided to sign up and was told I needed to do a 6 month contract. I went ahead thinking I would have good exposure. It has been over a month and I have gotten one lead from them and that lead was weak at best. 

I can see why they force a 6-month contract. They know their service is crap and want to lock you into a contract so you can't bail after one month. I also had to sign up for a training session just to learn their convoluted system. I kept getting times setup and would received meeting invites that I would accept but they couldn't be added to my calendar. This caused me to miss the training twice. I finally gave up and said I didn't have time to deal with their system and would proceed as is. In all honesty, I didn't need much help to support one lead as I have a follow-up system that pulls leads from online sources. 

Homes.com is the worst system I have come across so far. Terrible website, very little traffic and the leads are worthless. When I spoke to the woman offering the zip code, she made it sound like I was being given a great opportunity and that leads would be shared among three in that zip code. I also couldn't take time to check more into the service as she said someone else was interested in taking the zip code so I felt pressured to jump on it. 

To say I am extremely dissatisfied with their service can't begin to explain how much I despise this company. Apparently they think that a good domain like homes.com is enough to give them the ability to drain money from hard working Realtors. If you are a Realtor, save your money and don't use them. There are better sites with more traffic and easier to use websites that you can put your money in. Stay away from Homes.com.
