I lived in CL Community for many years.  When my family and I could no longer take the crimes committed within the park we decided to move.  We tried to sell our house but no one seemed to qualify as per the office.  We tried to give it away and all the time we were paying the lot rent even though we lived elsewhere and no one that we found there qualified either.  So we were told if we signed the title over, gave them the keys and left they would take over from there and boy did they.  Six months later we are getting papers saying we were just evicted out of a place that we left a year ago.  We have checked out other residents complaints as well and they too are having the same problem.  One of my neighbors for years was literally forced out of his house due to some code violations and when he had no other choice but to sign over title because they told him they would have to tear it down low and behold one of the employees has their relative living in their house that they were supposed to tear down and as far as compensation to my neighbor for that house?  Why compensate when you can intimidate and get the house right??  After the horrible experiences that we have had in this park for the last couple of years it would be cruel of me to tell others to buy a home there.  When we moved years and years ago it was different now it is being mismanaged and the people are having to live in conditions that I feel are just unacceptable.  Hopefully they will make their park safe again because alot of people seem to be hitting the road and going elsewhere they must have gotten the same treatment as me and my neighbors.
