We have been underwater with out loan, I'll admit that. We have had some health issues, and our business faltered. We are doing better now, and have been making mini payments in between regular payments. We are between 2 & 2 1/2 months behind. They are refusing to work with us, they are threatening to foreclose, and are demanding our full loan amount right now.

its been three years and they did the same. they will auction your house try to pay again even if its wrong they will prevail and take your house. if they say you didn't pay they you must pay again that's the breaks if not you'll lose your home. they are not furnishing me with a final payoff quote. i borrowed 80,000 dollars and right now that's paying twice but they refuse to sent a quote to reinstate its too much equity for them to pass on stealing my house Jan 26 this 2013 year.
