Dear Sir,

Chase Banks very secure website in which my loan application was being processed ask me for my Social Security Number. Why would they ask me for that information when they already know it since they have all my personal information on file? It has become obvious that the appropriate department is not receiving the fax I sent on 8/19/09.

I entreat your assistance in having your office direct this communication to the proper department so I could receive a prompt response concerning my Auto Loan Application. The Chase Bank Website advertises a 24 hours response. Does the no response denote age discrimination?

I apologize for disturbing your busy schedule with my minutiae but my good name and hard earned financial status is being destroyed by Honda Auto Mall, Chase Bank, American Honda Financial Services and American Honda Motor Company Inc. Is this attack on Senior Citizens by Honda Auto Mall supported by these companies? If not, why are they conspiring with Honda Auto Mall when they know the facts, viz I never received a Copy of the Lease Contract and I do not possess the vehicle in question and yet Honda Auto Mall continues the onslaught. I was leasing the vehicle from Honda Auto Mall not my wife, why after been made cognizant of that fact did Honda Auto Mall steal my wifes leased car when she had three more months left on a paid up lease, an the option to buy the vehicle? When asked to return my wifes vehicle they refused. Culpable is Bay Ridge Honda for Violating the clause in the lease contract by selling the stolen car without waiting for her proposal to buy it. It only had 13,000 miles and was garage kept. These Companies should be liable for their complicity in this Fraud.

I have tried with obligatory obedience and sincerity to comply with your request to negotiate with Plaza Auto Mall. However judging by the lack of response to my e-mail letter, perhaps its another try at harassing and intimidating us.

With the aid of the following companies the Harassment, intimidation and the harm to my good name and excellent credit rating continues. Even though these companies are aware of the fact that Honda Auto Mall launched a baseless, vindictive action and fraud against my wife and I.

Fact: I asked the salesperson to let us drive the car before any paperwork was completed. He did not afford us the opportunity.

Fact: By stealth and deception they stole the lease vehicle belonging to my wife and they violated her lease option to buy. Fact: The lease had 3 more months to expiration but was paid up. Fact: On two occasions we went to the showroom to ask for my wifes leased car back, they refused. Fact: While there at the showroom on those two occasions they never offered too or gave me a copy of the hypothetical lease contract, then or anytime thereafter.

Fact: In several letters to Honda Auto Mall we advised them to take the alleged leased vehicle back, they did not. Fact: Honda Auto Mall and American Honda Financial Corporation waited two months and then filed a negative report with all three credit processing companies even though their actions were without merit. Fact: Honda Auto Mall and American Honda Financial Services Corp., destroyed my good name and credit status in two months what took me 60 years to establish.

F act: After receiving a telephone message from a Mr. Harry Tamianois, Sales Manager at Honda Auto Mall Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn, NY, Telephone number, 718-253-8400. I responded with the following e-mail letter to Mr. Harry.

Thus: Via E-mail send, your full name, your e-mail address and fax number, your full title with Honda Auto Mall. A yes or no answer, do you have the authorization to confer reparation to my wife and I. Also send me a detailed reason for your call. We will not communicate by any other means at this time. This reply is in obedience to a request sent to us from the New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomos Office.







I have posted an affidavit on the website Ripoff Report. Here is the opportunity for the following companies, Honda Auto Mall, American Honda Financial Services Corporation, American Honda Motor Company Inc., JP Morgan Chase Bank and Bay Ridge Honda to refute the report thereof. The report briefly states, I never received a copy of the lease contract and Im not in possession of the vehicle. My wifes leased vehicle was stolen. Her lease contract was violated. She was not afforded the opportunity to submit her proposal to purchase the vehicle. Her lease had 3 more months to expiration and no payments due.
