Honda Suzuki North Drill a 3 " deep hole into the side of my engine during repair wll not replace that part ripoff Farmers Branch Texas

I had a repair done to my motorcycle by Honda Suzuki North, located at 13600 N. Stemmons Freeway, Farmers Branch Texas, 75234 (972) 241-4623; the repair was to extract a broken exhaust stud bolt. During the repair the mechanic drilled way too deep and created a hole completely through the side of my engine into the internal working of the motor. This caused oil to shoot out of my motor while running.

They offered to repair the damage by plugging the hole with putty and reinstalled the stud, which I allowed, but it did not last 30 days. I requested that they replace the part that they damaged with a new part; they claimed it was out of the 30 day warranty, but if I purchased the $1056.00 part they would install it for free. They even offered me the dealers discount when purchasing the part. I was forced to speak to the dealerships general manager, who made an offer of paying for of the cost of the part.

I did not damage this motorcycle; I did return it within the 30 warranty period. I even allowed the dealership to band-aid repair my motorcycle thinking that they were the experts. That did not work, now all I ask is that they replace the part they destroyed and they refused.
