This company has been a nightmare to my credit report. First of all I have never ordered anything from them, But since 2003 I have had them on my credit reports as charged off and closed. I have disputed it and it was removed from all credit agencies but Equifax. I have disputed it several times with equifax but the same info is returned saying it was a valid account. Just this month I disputed information that was being updated because it was causing negative results to my credit score. Equifax said Honey Creek had been contiuousley updating there files every month even though it was closed. They've also reported five 90+ days past due on the account since 2006. Every time they update it ads a delinquency and past due which dings my credit score. This is all happening on an account that is supposedley closed. A FICO customer services rep. said I need to file a complaint with the State Attorney Generals office because the continous updates on a closed file is illeagle reporting.
