They usually get you with the small print somewhere in the terms of the order that will say something like: "you will pay a one time shipping fee of $9.99, and after 30 days if you do not cancel, you will be automatically billed $99, and we will send 2 more bottles every so many days" or something like that. That's how almost every "Just pay shipping" on items work. Most of the time, no one looks at the "click here for terms" where a long list of little things are written where they tell you that your getting ripped off. It's a dirty little sales trick.

If you cannot contact them, then you should contact the bank of the card that you're being charged and dispute the items. Tell them you DID NOT order those pills and they will most likely refund your money outright or try to contact those who charged you for the pills. If they can't get in contact with them, then you will most likely get your money recredited to your card.
