HOPE NOW MODIFICATIONS LLC STOLE MY MONEY!!! Internet

I was scamed out of $2427.00 from Hope Now Modification Corp. by Timothy Tonczyczyn who called me in November/2008 indicating that I had been approved for a government Modification Loan through their company!  He stated that my name was on a list for homeowners that were behind and was having trouble paying their mortage payments.  He stated he would email the application to me to complete and email back to him ASAP. 

I was very excited because I was behind in my mortgage payments and was threating foreclosure.  I completed the application and like a JACKA**, I gave him my debit card number and fax'd the application to him.  After that, I was assigned to a loan counselor named Midgdalia Hernandez. 

My mortgage company NEVER received the paperwork for my Modification Loan nor did they receive ANY phone calls from Hope Now!  At first when I would call, Midgdalia would say; "Oh don't worry, everything is fine, I have submitted all of your paperwork to your mortgage company but it takes time to process all of the paperwork".  "Do not give your mortgage company any information, we are handling your modification loan for you".   After awhile, when I would call, I would get her voice mail.  I left numerous messages but never received a call back.

I just want to know, HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK"!!!!  That's ALL I want, my $2427.00.  How can I get in on a Class Action Law Suit.  What do I need to do, please let me know.
