Nick Wagner of nicnac.net/horizon outdoors/cutlers cove and im sure many other alias has sold me a damaged product.

not only did he sell me a damaged product, this guy had the nerve to call and threaten a girl in her home when asing for an exchange.

A Couple of classy quotes from NICK WAGNER to FEMALE CUSTOMER

"Im going to put your mouth where my c**k is"

This ahole needs to be stopped,I see it isn't his first con. Hides behind 5 pages of BS and charges

I purchased a knife in 9/05 it arrived with a black stain on the blade. Then I e-mailed him within 24hrs per his terms, never got a response via-email after several attempts called him and he tried telling me I was lying and would have to pay him more $ for a restocking fee in order for him to take it back.
He said that he would exchange the knife if I sent it back since it was damaged,I paid shipping and sent it. He returned it without opening it.
I contacted my credit card company which made him irrate. My CC advised me to send him back the product. He sent my CC pictures of the knife and says there is no damage,but he only shows pictures of one side of the blade.
He did not handle this proffesionally. All he wanted to do was argue with me and attempt to collect more $ for his damaged product. I have hundreds of e-mails from him. He uses threatening and sexually derogitory remarks to me in his responses, he also said "I thought that you were white when I first talked to you, but now I think different", sounds like a racist to me, among other things. He says nothing about the truth. He continues to e-mail me daily making threats about trying to get me fired from my job. Using my personal information given to him during our transaction to slander me on the internet. He is a very vindictive person.
My CC credited me back my $ because they had the facts and proof provided by me, to prove Nick wrong.
He has the product back, my $ and he is still complaining. He is running a scam I think he is just selling the same damaged products over and over.
Now he is threatening to sue me and my CC. The guy has done nothing but harass me from the beginning. He hides behind his terms and agreements and will continue to rip people off. I strongly recommend not buying any product from him.
So here is my message to you NICK the truth prevails.

Every company, at one time or another, is unlucky enough to attract a customer like Amanda Lewis.

Yes she ordered a knife. The knife was EXCATLY as advertised and the sizes of the overall length. length closed and blade length were listed down to the 100th of an inch.

Amanda called and said she wanted to return the knife because it was smaller than she thought it would be.

Now it CLEARLY states in the terms that every customer has to agrre they have read and understand prior to being able to place an order, that buyers remorse or any mistake on the buyers part will result in a restocking fee and that shipping would not be refunded either way.

When Amanda was told this she became very irritated and started making up excuses like "the knife was not actual size", "it was smaller than it was on my screen" etc. I asked her if the blade was 2.73 inches long. She yelled back "how should I KNOW?!?!!?". I asked her if they had rulers in Iowa. That would be how I would do it. She continued with her "well it isn't as big as I thought it was" reasoning until she ran out of self serving fairy tail reasons and hung up on me without any resolution.

The very next day we get an Email from Amanda Kay Lewis with her clain that the Microtech knife, one of the highest quality knives made, was defective. She said it had "big gods of unremovable something on the blade and handle"

I think we all see where this is going and that Amanda Lewis was just being an irresponsible little brat and was now making things up in an attempt to return an item which she purchased in haste without checking the actual specifications but relying on how big the item looked on her monitor screen. Her intelligence proceeds her.

Anyway we said she could return it and we would take a look at it.

Bare in mind our terms give VERY specific instructions on returned items.
#1. The Return Authorization Number should be printed on the outside of the shipping container.
#2. The original, serial numbered and labled retail box SHOULD NOT be used as the shipping container because it makes the item unsaleable as new.

Well guess how we got the item back from our little Rhodes Scholar Amanda Lewis??

That's correct class. She used the original, serial numbered and labled retail box as the shipping container with sharpie writing, tape and postal lables all over it and WITH NO RMA Number too boot.

Nevermind that Amanda violated another one of our return instructions and violated federal law by sending the item through the USPS. We rufused the delivery as it says we will if the item is returned in this manor.

After alot of whining and yelling about how unfair we were for not waiving every term she agreed to and violated she decides that she will call her credit card company and claim the item was not as described. I think that is fraud but I don't think there is any such think in Amandaland. Nothing Amanda does is wrong in Amandaland.

Her FRAUDULENT chargeback cost us a $25.00 fee.

Hardly EVER does a bank NOT give back THEIR CUSTOMERS MONEY when the customer files a legitimate chargeback but Amandas bank, after seeing all of our writen and photographic evidence, agreed with us and gave us back the money.

Oh. And Amanda still had the item. I guess in Amandaland you get to keep the money and the item.

I did tell her bank that I would be happy to give Amanda a refund based on the terms and would deduct the chargeback fees from the refund to put us back whole IF she would send the knife back to us.

She did. No box at all (because she CLAIMED to her bank she had not damaged the box)just a fed ex envelope. The knife handle had nothing at all on it and the blade had a dark mark in the black coating but it didn't look original to the finish and it came right off. The sheath for the knife had been mysteriously sliced up. Since there was no mention of this damage amongst all of the other CONTRIVED problems I guess we can only guess where these slices originated.

I deducted $12.95 from the refund for the sliced up sheath.

Now that you have had a chance to read the truth you can make up your own mind what happened. We are trying to work out a refund with Amanda Lewis but we need to be careful and make sure everything is properly documented so she doesn't lie about not getting it.

She must be about 12 because you should hear some of the threats she has made. She's claimed threats of physical harm, sexual harrassement, turning ME in for theft because we have the knife but haven't issued a refund yet etc. etc. etc.

There seems to be no length that this little girl won't go to to get her way. I'm surprised she hasn't threatened to hold her breath until she turns blue while stomping her feet.

She has inconvenience us, her bank, our bank, our merchant service company and threatened to inconvenience our local police with a "theft" complaint and her attorney general to make false "sexual harassement" charges based on an ALLEGED illegally recorded phone call.

As I said at the start every business has had an Amanda Lewis as a customer. Most retail establishements and banks have had people like her up to their eyeballs (opps, I said balls.....is that sexual harassement???L.O.L!!!) and just about everybody has seen or heard of a customer that simply refused to accept any responsability for themselves or their actions.

Amanda Lewis' refund is going to be considerably smaller than the one she would have received at the outset and every dollar of the difference is her own doing.

After everything she has done in her attempt to shirk her personal adult responsability by lies, threats, manipulation and contrivances, she really doesn't deserve anything IMHO.

Now doesn't that make a whole lot more sense than her tale of unfairness and fraud???
