I received a call yesterday, June 25, 2006, informing me that I won my choice of a Cadillac Escalade or $50,000 in cash plus the choice of 4 other prizes. I was given my confirmation number#ITC507 and was told to report to:

Horizon Travel at Double Tree Hotel
789 Connecticut Ave.
Norwalk, CT 06854

To bring my Spouse, 2 forms of ID, and that we must check the box off $45,000 or more for combined yearly income, etc. and that we would also be given each a scratch ticket after a 90 minute presentation on the way out which was a choice of 5 different prizes.

Needless to say, we were taken into a room to fill out the one sheet of paper which is a simple questionare and then told to wait in the room. Well it didn't take long for different SALESMEN to come back into the room and start pulling each couple out politely.

We were left behind with 2 other couple's and a Salesman broke the news that the presentation was over booked and that we had the choice of getting our prizes now and leaving or listening to a quick presentation on there Horizon Travel Gold Package for $8,995.00 and if we decided to purchase it today it would be $1,000.00 less $7,995.00.

We all decided to opt out of the presentation and redeem our prizes. Low & behold we were each given a scratch off ticket. I asked them where my Cadillac Escalade was parked and that I actually preferred the $50,000 that I was told I won and was given a confiramation # for and they went on to say that they can not afford to give everyone a cadillac escalade and that someone must have made a mistake.

I told them that I was going to report them tomorrow to the State Attorney Generals Office & I am taking this to media also because this Salesman explained that they were just opening an office there and it sounds like some other scams on this website. I think it is aweful to prey on innocent people & something NEEDS to be done immediately!!

I was contacted several times on my cell phone and they left several messages. The numbers were (773) 493-0979 then the person who actually told me that I was a winner was Teresa at 1-866-999-3703 ext. 224. Beware becausde these people are combining Prize Claim center, Holiday Vacations.

Best regards,

Heather
