Me and wife decided to take advantage of their "gamble for 30 minutes get free parking and buffet"

First of all - parking fee was a steep $35 - we do travel a lot around US being retired. Horseshoe in Cleveland is without any exaggeration - the only casino in US charging patrons for parking.

Parking lot itself - my wife has a minor handicap- not a single handicap spot was available. Not just occupied - there is NO blue zone in Horseshoe Cleveland parking period.

They claimed to create a bunch of jobs in Cleveland and they did - most of the parking attendants and security guards seem to be recovering ex-convicts, the type one see with their pants half down selling crack on street corner. Arrogant.

Horseshoe must invest in metal detectors - hand searching through personal stuff and arrest-like frisking is humiliating. When guard dropped my wife's expensive iphone - he did not even bother to apologize.

If you want to pursue that deal of theirs - play for 30 min get free parking and buffet -  forget it.  Scam.

Got to spend couple of hundreds high rolling and then a qualification process resembling a Mexican border cross just to get into a posh copy of a Golden Coral.

I know why they can afford such an attitude this horses**t remains the only gambling establishment in Cleveland. What happened to anti-monopoly act ? Well guess what - next time I rather drive to Seneca NY - at least they do not ask for my wife's driver's license there as she is we are well into our sixties.
