hospital quincy medical center throw mw out from the hospital then put me in court to charge me quincy, Massachusetts

i was driving my car when i pass out wake up in hospital in Quincy i was have pain my neck stomach and head some bruises because i head the wheel.

the nurse what was working this day was loud and not respect for no one she was talking loud about black lead she was pregnant and have some disease , the nurse is talking loud about her issue and she was told the lay is dirty and this is why she got sick , i find this bad talk about patient with others ...then she told me i can go home i did repeat her again i need wait for my husband we live 20 miles away i don't have money for taxi and my car was towelled, she told tho the second nurse im insane and little not normal i did hire this and i did told her this is not nice talk this way. she got upset on me i ask if i can use bathroom she told me yes when i come back my bed was up she told me to seat and wait i told her i don't fell good i have big headache but she told me this not her business.

5 minute later they ask me to give my information like insurance and id after they have it they ask me live the hospital this was 2am on winter time was raining bad, i told them im going wait on the waiting area for my husband but they ask the security man to throw me out if i don't live in 5 minutes. this man ask me nice to live because he can lose hes job if i stay. i did left i was walking on rain and dark with my broken head and leg to the south sore mall my phone was dead i cant call nowhere i get the mall 5am and i was waithing on parking lot to 9am when my husband get to work then he drop me of to home . i got very sick after this .

i did call the hospital with complaints many times they told me the nurse is going loss her job and the did apologise to me the director was calling me in person to apologise .last year i got bill from them for the service i did cal again and explain the situation and this what they told me   erly they not going charge me or my insurance , but the don't want stop send me the bills now they did put me in court  because i was out of country i don't show up in Court now i have pay to the center 800 $ this is  wrong and i don't think is legal after this what they told me
