Hot topic Cold topic,uncool. unvalid, literally didn't ship, lazy Internet

welp , I am offically DONE with ordering, or purchasing anything from Hot Topic

lets start off with the first storie shall we!! Sit down, and lets explain.

I was getting a disney dress from them that was adorable- it was alice and wonderland- I mean who doesn't??!! lol

but anyway, took them 4 WEEKS to even ship the **** thing. Alright, so we FINALLY get it in the mail, about to tear open the box, that I had been anticipating for what felt like forever. We open it, everthing is adorable. I go to un-zip the back after trying it on, THE ZIPPER BREAKS OFF from a tiny tug. Heck, I didn't even rip it myself. I barely went to un-zip it trying to be careful, and it just fell apart. :/ oh funny part is, took them another week or so to ship. ugh

then this is the latest story , that just happened, which is why I wrote this mainly.

SO- I am about to cosplay, a pokemon trainer, from pokemon. I just needed a cardigan and a pokemon print muscle shirt to top the cosplay off to make it look adorable. We order it, and somehow they snuck their stupid customer policy into my gmail. If you don't know what their policy is, it mainly means they make you call someone from hot topic to vertify that you are the person who owns the credit card, or whatever. Since I get a lot of emails, I probably saw it, but you know if you order online they just send you junk mail, telling you "you bought this, we are shipping it," and yat a yat.Well its 2 days from the con now, and they haven't even shipped it. Wtf??!! So stupid, and the lady I was on the phone with didn't even really care.
