Hotwire website crashed during the booking; I never got to the confirmation page. So, I had to reenter all of my information again and succeeded. Problem is, my credit card got billed twice. Hotwire has put me on indefinite hold twice. The third call escalated to a Supervisor who never picked up the call and it went dead after 10 rings. This is ridiculous.
