Due to the businss need I need to pickup my rental car two hour ealier which i order throug HOTWIRE.COM. I understand that their policy the order is not refund, cancel but the modification even I willing to pay the extra, their answer is definitely NO.

Another thing make me report here is because their customer service make me call the rental car company (Hxxz) and say they will handle it and rental car company say that the order is make with HotWire. Totally five time I been kick back and force, and end up say NO.

Anyhow I am gonna be late in my meeting but I am here to suggest whoever DO NOT deal with HxxWxxx. They are horrible.

Compare to (((competitor's name redacted))) travel, they help me a lot. Thanks to (((redacted))), HotWire sucks.
