House of Brides Scam and Liars Orland park, Illinois

Scam do not buy your dress from here. I am a bride about to get married I ordered my dress with plenty of time in fact Alma the employee even told me I was ahead of schedule (when I ordered my dress there computers were down).so they reassured me that everything was ok and that they had to fax all my info to the oak lawn location.
So needless to say when my dress came in I was eager to try it on and when I went there not only was it the wrong color but the beading was falling off (poor quality). Alma went and hid in the back and Debbie the manager came over with a rude attitude and said there is nothing I can do this is what you ordered so when I asked to see my receipt or something stating that I agreed to this she went in the back and was gone for 20minutes and then came back and said we have none of your records and wanted to make it right.
She reassured me she would make it right she told me another bride ordered my dress and in my sizes (yes people she is offering me another brides dress so this poor girl will be going through the same thing as me).
She even signed a document stating that my dress would be here and the dress never showed she is a liar and the house of brides is a scam the owners name is Dale Buziecki which you will never get a phone number. The cops were called and Debbie wouldn't even give the police any information. However if you search the web and type in his name you can see how shady he really is. Save yourself and do not buy anything from them !!!!!
