HouseHold Automotive Finance Corporation ripoff And want Credit my debit check to my account. Harassing and saying words since May, 19, 2003. San Diego California

I have been harrass since May, 19, 2003 about money that was debit out of my account at Community National Bank in South Hill, Va. 23970. They Want credit my account and they have ruin my credit with them. They threaten to pick up my car and I am not behind. I have fax 13, copy of my bank statement a duplicate of the check, front and back of check.

I want to sue for harrassment. I gets yell at and that don't care attitude from them.They said they will ruin my credit even more if I don't pay the $ 417.44 that was debit out of my account on May 19, 2003. I have the orginal check and they want that. I told them the copy of the check that I fax would good.

They are harrass me as if I new who cash the check. How should I know. IT's their company and the check was made out to HouseHold Automotive Corporation.

I know my credit isn't good because of my surgerys that I have in the pass.

September 4th, they sent a letter stating that they did a deferral without my consent. They said they were only helping me. I thought I should be told of this before they did this. I wasn't behind. They didn't want to want for my disibility check which was to be mailed out on the second week of September.

When I purchase the car, The saleman, Eddie in Henderson N.C. at Alan-Vista Car dealer place sold me the car. I ask for disbility on myself before I sign the paper. I read the paper and sign it. He took the paper and went in the next room and brought out another long paper for me to sign folded halfway. He said sign this one also. I ask him what was I'm signing. He said the disibilty for again. After I sign the paper, he folded it up and put it in the envelope. Me, I was so excited about the new car and I forget to check and read all my paper again until I became disable, which was in May 13, 2000. I pull my copy out and saw that he didn't give me the disbility that I ask for. So I got in my car and drove to where he was working at and ask where was the paper that I sign for disbility. He said I didn't ask for none. That was a lie. I went in the other room and talk to the manager about the matter and he said it was nothing he could do. So I cried all the way home. HOw could he treat me in signing a form folded up making like it was the same form I sigh for disbility. My car would have been paid for the day I became disable.

Now I am being harrass by the finance company. I need help and I need them to clean my credit report since may 19, 2003. That why I am filing a complaint about the company and I want to get them for harrassment.
