House Hold Finance - David Gordon Broke confidentiality, unethical practices, possible fraud ripoff Pembroke Pines Florida

HOUSEHOLD FINANCE/BENEFICIAL LOAN ASSOCIATE DAVID GORDON. THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THIS ASSOCIATE.

Last week I applied for an equity loan with HFC David Gordon is the honest loan assoc. that I was dealing with. This young man asked me for all my information. Evidently they still had my old telephone number listed. I have had a mortgage with this company about 5 years. I asked him not to share my phone number with any one, and again

I advised him not to relate my personal information to no one. He told me that they did not practice this. Several days later he called me to say that the loan was approved but that there was a problem with a creditor of an auto I co-signed for.

He asked for permission to speak to the creditor to verify that I was only the cosigner and asked me to call an 800 number to clear this for him. I again reiterrated that my telephone number was private and confidential, and he stated that they did not violate any ones privacy (PRIVACY ACT?

Last Monday, he called me in for the closing. After keeping me waiting for two and a half hours, a notary shows up at 930 PM. Gordon hands him the paper work and retrieves to the office in the back, leaving me alone to sign the papers with the notary.

I look through the paperwork and I notice that he payed off the creditor $3620 for settlement without notifying me. I immediately told the notary that I would not sign the paperwork. He called Gordon in and Gordon flipped.

I told him that it was not up to him to disburse my money as he saw fit without consulting me. I told him I would not sign for this loan. The next day, Gordon calls my house and asked me "Did you get in touch with that guy about paying Him? HUH. I asked him Why are you calling me about this? This is my business?

Does 2 and 2 add up here? This guy made a deal obviously to get his share.

Now, these creditors have left morning, evening and night messages, have written to me because
David Gordon gave out my personal information to these people to write and call my home.

Be advised my telephone number is not listed to me. I gave this man my number trusting they practice the privacy act. Don't Trust These people. MY BUSINESS AND MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS ALL OUT THERE BECAUSE I DID NOT ALLOW HIM TO "RIP ME OFF"
