"THE LORD IS THE AIR I BREATH! I feel the Lord is working on me and I feel joy and peace with myself. I want someone who I can grow with spiritually." 

  Ken Simmons. 

  Those were the exact first words I heard from Mr. Simmons at a bible study meeting one night. The rest, as they say is history.  

  Based on very reliable recent information, (I won't mention names, but all I can say is I heard from certain personnel up on the fifth floor) certain employees are continuously encouraged to file grievances over the slightest little thing, which disrupts the work force here at the Los Angeles Housing Authority headquarters on Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. This is unfair, as it sets a bad precedent and instills a hostile work environment to those who just want to go there and do their job. 

  Chief Operating Officer Ken Simmons has enough on his plate when dealing with the obvious unhappy individuals who object to every little amended policy he puts forth. But criticizing his private life in public to other HACLA employees and openly talking about his women's underwear fetish to HACLA tenants just really takes the cake. At some point something has to stop. 

  I can tell you right here and now, Ken Simmons is a good man. Unlike most in that government pagan environment, Mr. Simmons found God. I met him at a therapist meeting for those who like to delve in the secret art of wearing women's fine underclothing. He brought HACLA Security Chief Scott Butler with him and they both told me that coming to Jesus at a time in such economic strains is the best time, as giving monetary contributions to the church will surely buy your way to heaven. They couldn't be more correct. 

  It was a meeting put on by the First Baptist Ministries in Los Angeles. Scott Butler asked me to attend. He reminded me to bring a bible and plenty of cash, or at least a credit card. Even though I was invited to attend I found a different side to Chief Operations Officer Ken Simmons, other than what is usually posted on the Internet by the usual disgruntled employees.    

  It was ken Simmons whom I could go to for help. He has been my guide and my savior. It was he who asked me to accept Jesus. And I did. Ken Simmons further asked me if I knew Jesus, to which I replied, "Yes, I do now, " to which he told me, "Well, if you know Jesus, next time you see him, tell him he owes me $10.00!" 

  Ken Simmons opened up at the prayer meeting the other night. It was therapy in the room for all involved. Apart from secretly enjoying the feeling of womens fine silk lingerie, he is also a student of the Hebrew language, bible scriptures, arts, painting, nature, photography, physical activities, staying fit, playing guitar, singing, dancing, old pornographic vintage photos, organizing and beautifying old office buildings, and is a true fan of the Angels, The LA Clippers, The Arizona Cardinals and Howard Stern.

  He looks younger than his age because his life doesn't just exist around an executive desk at HACLA. He further believes in living a healthy lifestyle. A very easy-going man who asks for so little in return, someone who enjoys simple things in life. he may be laid-back, soft-spoken, passive, and gentle, but on the other hand, is hard working, family oriented, humble, caring and faithful.

  Yes, Ken Simmons can dress for the occasion while at work, but he can also dress fro the occasion while parading his wares up and down Hollywood Blvd. late at night, something which is of nobody else's business, (especially at HACLA) and something which he has come to terms with while in bible study, in revealing and sharing his private passion which has helped him to overcome prejudices and behind-the-scenes laughter which only puts a hindrance on his therapy.  

  I too, have found happiness and guidance in Ken's message. I only wish others at HACLA would do the same. "God's laws revive us, make us wise," he said, which brings joy to the heart, gives insight and warns us of the corrupt, the unholy and the devil." I agree with Ken. God's laws are guidelines and lights up our path. 

  Upon meeting Mr. Simmons personally, I now he is a servant of God and is the divine messenger. He is spiritualistic and at one with the Lord. He is a man who loves God, with such a humble heart, someone with pity and compassion for others, someone who's gentle approach can at times, be unfortunately mistaken for being a little too effeminate. 

  I am born again, thanks to Ken Simmons. He and I are both saved. I know now, he walks and serves the Lord with all his heart. I only wish others others at the Los Angeles Housing Authority would wake up and find Jesus, the same way I, Ken Simmons and Scott Butler have. It will change your life.
