Houston Earth Expo Jean-Michel Vannier Harassment, Stalker, Threatening, Files false police reports as a scare tactic, defamation of character, Internet

Jean-Michel Vannier has harassed me through phone calls and emails.  I had to file a police report on him, he then in return filed a police report on me filing a false report.  After further investigation we discovered he has multiple names, businesses, and addresses.  He was indicted and arrested on charges of third degree aggregate theft.  He is out of jail on a $100,000 bond.  At least 18 victims filed charges on him.  He was ordered by Judge Campbell to turn over his passport to the Judge.  We have also discovered Fox TV investigated him and aired a special report on him with the link http://www.myfoxhouston.com/dpp/news/Charges_Filed_Against_Wedding_Planner_Investigated_by_FOX_26

We have discovered he has multiple businesses under craigslist ads, houston.txclassifieds.org, and mcallen.txclassifieds.org  advertising on over ten ads stating he is a local entrepreneur and gives out his number as 832-892-7830 to call him on how how to make $1,000 - $5,000 in less than 6 months as well as advertising for a reasonable and sound investment.

He also advertises online under proz.com/profile/706567 he is a Translator, Interpreter, Voice Over Dubber, Subtitler, Project Manager specializing in Tourism & Travel, Government & Politics, Ship, Sailing, Maritime, Mathematics and Statistics, Transport/Transportation/Shipping, Education/Pedagogy, Advertising/Public Relations, Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, Surveying, and Petroleum Engineering/Science.  Shows no credentials or memberships.

Have also discovered he has businesses: Travelosophy, Distinctive Travel Design, Vannier Innovations, The Write Touch Invitations, Web Publication site and reseller of sites as webpublication.us, and Get Around Scooters. 

Have found him to have a Grade of F on the Houston Better Business Bureau website under his phone number listing his arrest and charges.

Have found numerous rip-off reports on him too. 

I am afraid of retaliation due to his aggressive personality.  If anyone can help me with anymore information on him please write back.
