Howard Needle routinely cheats those he hires to do work from him out of the money they are due.
This includes writers, graphics people, editors, printers and others.
Detective work has unearthed an appearance that Howard Needle (together with one or more possible co-conspirators) are opening and closing fly-by-night magazines and walking off with the advertisers' dollars.
A slew of defrauded workers denounced Howard Needle, who gave to the press his excuse that one of his most recent magazines could not survive due to the economy. However, he told that same reporter he would immediately be starting a new magazine (and refused to tell the reporter the name of the new publication).

Not so Howard Needle is beyond a scammer, I have never seen anyone who can lie as convincingly as Needle, in his latest scam he is targeting drug and alcohol teatment centers nationally with some bogus pay per call scam, I have sat there and listen to nNeedle try to convince some poor admission clerk at a drug program that it was a good idea to try and get sick and suffering people to take out second mortages on there home so Needle could make an extra buck or two, the guy is a total degenerate with no conscious what so ever.

There are way too many little negative blurbs about Howard Needle from several years ago still up here and people are reading them thinking this is the 2013 rendition of Howard. "IT AIN'T SO FOLKS". I have known and been a business associate of Howard Needle for several years, and yes, I did my due diligence first, so I know his past, but I gave the man a chance and I have proven myself right in doing so.
I have seen some of the desperate measures he felt he had to attempt to keep his wife and family together, and even though I saw some of the terrible times he was going thru to keep his family strong, It was not pretty to me either. I won't defend some of his actions back then, BUT THAT WAS BACK THEN! Today's Howard has a passion for his business, Alternative Solutions Media LLC. He works 12 to 14 hours a day including most Sundays, on that business.
While some of the bad press from back then may have had a thimble of truth to it, the majority, even then, wasn't accurate. I can assure you that none of it is now. Howrd is a dedicated , hard working businessman. It is not just nor fair and far from accurate, to judge the Howard Needle I know now, from the one you read about from the past.

Mr. Needle still owes me money for work he had me do at a time when he was deliberately misleading me about his ability to pay me. Instead of filing rebuttal reports here regarding my complaints against him, he should try SETTLING my complaint against him, with money. He had me do a lot of a work for him and deliberately misled me about his ability to pay. We had contracts for my freelance work and he broke them. Had he been honest with me at the outset about his financial situation, I would have known not to take on so much work for him. This is an abuse, and an outstanding abuse that Howard Needle has never made the least attempt to correct. He is not trustworthy. The public has to realize that Howard Needle is a man who stiffs workers and then runs blithely off, thinking he never owes the people he exploited any money. Do not work for Howard Needle if you expect ever to get paid for you work.

| Update: | As any business owner or manager can testify, there are certain things that happen in business. ONE: An employee or freelance worker (contracted employee) can become disgruntled with your company/ with management, and can seek to damage your image and reputation. TWO: Poor sales and difficult economic times can force you to close your doors, and unfortunately, prevent you from paying off every creditor. As anyone who reads these reports will notice, they are several years old. Yet they continue to come up at the very top of searches whenever my name is typed into the Internet, which seems grossly unfair. These were written by two individuals who were unhappy when I was forced to close my business back in 2009. Efforts were made to do what we could for those who had done work for us, but in the end, some invoices were still outstanding when we closed our doors. For this, I am deeply regretful - but there was nothing that could be done. You cannot get blood out of a stone, as they say. The business -a magazine - was completely bankrupt. These reports were written in retaliation, and based more on emotion than on fact. To date, with my current business, I have had no problems, no issues, and received no complaints. On the contrary - I have successfully served dozens of companies, helping them with marketing and media. I have testimonials from happy clients and am happy to provide references upon request, to anyone that asks. I can assure anyone finding these negative reports that it is not my intention to deceive anyone or do anything other than good business. In the past, I was at the mercy of a poor economy and poor advisement on the part of my attorney at the time, who is no longer employed by me. I did have some issues in my personal life, which unfortunately and unfairly are part of the Internet's massive data stores. But they are irrelevant to my abilities as a media buyer and marketer. Also, the sheer fact that the same person added more than one report on the same incident shows their level of disgruntlement and efforts to do as much damage as possible. This was personal and vindictive, not professional. I would implore anyone who is considering working with or utilizing my business to look at the past 5 years of my clean, trouble-free, report-free reputation. These rip-off reports are not only old, they are misleading. I will gladly explain my side of the story to anyone who asks, and look forward to providing great service to all my current and future clients. Thank you for reading this rebuttal.
