Howell Jr. Trucking Sherman Howell Sherman Howell did not pay me the $1.000 we had agreed for 2 trips with his truck HT198 (SC to TX and back) but the half of it $500 Columbia South Carolina

 Sherman Howell hired me on June 27/17 to deliver for him 2 loads for his company Howell Jr. Trucking, which hauls as an independent contractor for the G&P Trucking company (based in Gaston SC): 1) pick up a load from Blacksburg SC and deliver it to Uvalde TX, 2) pick up a load from Dallas TX and deliver it to Rock Hill SC. We agreed that for each trip back and forth to TX he would pay me $1.000 He never paid me the $1.000 but only $500 and declined my request for the rest 500 (through the application he told me to install on my cellphone "Square Cash/ Cash me"). Also on the paper logs we the drivers use to claim the Hours Of Service he told me to write the following address :126 Access Rd, Gaston SC 29053 which is not his trucking company's address (as he should) but the address of G&P trucking company he's hauling for. To be noted there were previous logs by other drivers on the clip board with the false address. Also his truck had a safety incident, when the entire side part of the body of the truck fell off out of nowhere while I was driving it on the highway 35 E in Dallas TX. Also the A/C unit was not working he never fixed it as he had promised, so I was driving in very unhealthy conditions of 94-105°.
