H_P Capital Inc Thomas Miller Rip off and harasment Internet

Thomas Miller from this company said that I owe on a payday loan and that there was no payment on the account. I have been in contact with the payday loan every week and was updateing info with the ace america paydayloan. I had lost my job and waiting for unemployment checks to come in. Then the following week I get this call from thomas miller and he said that I need to pay and if I don't I will be going to jail for check fraud, That is 2 years min in county jail and a faleny on my record. I work in insurance billing company, that would reuion my carrer and I am a single mom and I would not have custody of my child if I were to go to jail. I told Thomas this and he said if it not in by 4 pm today I would have the police at my door. I called my atterney and told them what was happening and they said you can not go to jail for not paying your bills. They said to call them back and tell them that you are dealing with the company with the payday loan and will make payments with them and not to call me ever again and if they do my atterney will file a law suit against them for harasment. Also I sent a email to jonathan graves of this company not to call me or email me or process any payment of mine ever and my bank is on alert with company not to process any payments to my account.
