WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH  VISTA,CA.?!?!    SHOULD B NAMED "VISTA CREDIT CARD FRAUD CAPITAL ,CA."      I JUST DID A REPORT ON ANOTHER SO-CALLED COMPANY ,JBEI, AND YEAH I  PUT IT OUT THERE.........THIS HPD ....HAVEN'T THE FOGGIEST OF WHO,WHAT, but THEY R GETTIN RICH OFF FOLKS LIKE US,SOMEBODY NEEDS 2 DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE LOWLIFES.......I do know my bank is investigating the JBEI people and they'll b doin the same with these HPD people when i get done with the phone call.......if i have anything 2 do with it,they BOTH r gonna go DOWN......THAT'S A PROMISE......9.95 isn't much 2 some folks,but 4 those of us that r on a fixed income,it is,and it screws up our budget thats already set.                     Thanx 4 lettin me vent!!!!
