hr block emerald card emerald card hacked and they know about it rapid city south dakota

My card was hacked out of state.  I called one day when my card wouldnt work and i was told that the had a security hold. I asked them if i should worry (my mistake) and they said that there was no appaent problem. The next day the said that my account was overdrawn???? its a prepaid card. I checked my online bal. and found out some charges on my card from 1500 miles from my house that day. I called and reported the fraud boy is this a mess.

My paycheck (used to ) go on the card and they said sorry they shut down my accout. I would get a new card in 10 working days. (what does that mean).After talking to several different people on the phone over seval times ( usally a half hour on hold per call) they said that the would get intouch with me on the investigation and see if I could recomp. my missing funds. ???? Note I dont use this card at all online. The said the investigation would start after I jumped through seval different hoops but my next deposit would also be debited the amount my accout was in the hole?

(What I have to pay someone to steal my money and the company would reimburse me if they determined it was fraud.) dont get this card. I have a prepaid card form a big box store that i had a problem with (Wa$-*&^% if you know what i mean) and when my card went missing the replaced it in 3 days. NOT working days. Good luck if you have a emerald card and you get ripped off. I let you know if I get any money back and how long it takes.
