H&R block Scams on everything Buffalo New York

H&r block is a scam they take advantage of people getting EIC they tell you that it's only going to cost $163 to do your federal and state return until you go down there and they see that you're cleaning EIC and then they charge you for $438. I don't understand how they could get away with this. And today I received a text message saying that my taxes were loaded onto my card by 10 a.m. and it is well past that. So I called the Emerald card that they give you and the lady said she cannot help me and don't understand why they gave me a text so I screenshot it when on the account and there is nothing on there. I got my state yesterday I want to go take some money out nobody ever said that it takes $7 to take an withdraw out $7 dollars why don't they tell you that H&R Block before they give you the card instead they just hurry and rush you out the door for the next client to rip off. This is unbelievable how they could do this two people and get away with it something has to be done. The lady at H&R Block told me after I told her I wanted the money to go in my checking account she told me about the card to Emerald Card so I said yeah if it's not going to cost anything I'll go with it but you didn't say nothing about $7 every time you take out money that's unbelievable so $438 for getting your taxes done and $7 every time you take a cash advance out they're going to get well over $1,000 from me it is such a scam I am willing to pay cash to put a lawsuit on this company I don't even care what it takes. I went on Facebook and there's over hundreds and hundreds of people on there complaining about H&R Block how many people does it take for them the IRS and the Better Business Bureau the take action I made a report with all three and I'll continue to do the same thing this is hard-working American people's money
