H&R Block "Premimum" H&R Bloch Scam Internet, Internet

This year, H&R Block charged me $542.75 for what I considered a simple return. I did not know they were going to charge me this ridiculous amount until it was finished. I paid it using a credit card. When I filed a complaint against

H&R, a rep contacted me. She offered me a $75 refund, which I declined, and nastily asked me why I didn't ask how much it would be in the beginning of my tax prep. I said that I did , but the preparer said we needed to see how many forms I would need before she could tell me. She then informed me that I went to a "premium" office for my return prep. She also said these are the most experienced tax preparers and they charged the most money for returns. How was I to know this was the situation? No one ever mentioned this to me. The H&R rep was rude and nasty to me. In fact, when I raised my voice to make a point, she hung up on me. I will NEVER go to H&R Block again. Ripoff artists!
