HR Cream, Finesse Serum, and FaceRevive SCAM and Fraudulant Advertising via Social Media Reno Nevada

A Facebook advertisement popped up stating free trail of Finesse Serum for just paying the shipping of $4.95. Nothing in the terms stated that I would be charged 14 days later. BUT, it did offer another product called HR Cream for another $4.95 to try as well. No terms on this product were even shown.

I received the products on 11/22 and 11/23. They show to be paid for on 11/15 and 11/16 in my bank account. The site I purchased from did not CLEARLY state that my trial had to be cancelled within 14 days. I read through the poorly written legal document that has misspellings and grammatical errors in it, which was 4 pages long. I did not see anything at the time of purchase about charging $88.78 for one product every month and especially charging me $89.53 for the other product each month.

Charges show up on my account and my bank cancelled my card for suspicious activity and I agreed. The company will not receive money from me and threatened to send me to collections. I will be sending both items back to them with no given RMA # to PO Box 24567, Santa Anna, CA 92799. The company should be required to clearly state the company motive (to participate in monthly auto-shipments), instead of being very deceptive with their practices.

I offered to send the unused and unopened product back for refund and the representatives refused and told me, very rudely, that I will be charged $88.78 and 89.53. I am requesting that the company be contacted, legal documents on the website reviewed, and advertising be accurate and clear. Also, returning of products should be allowed with full refund at any point.

This company is scamming people to get $200 a month auto-deducted for a product that is worthless. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission about this company and its practices.
