Sorry to break it to you, but you were scammed. The owners of H&R financial services names are William John Heckler and Richard Ruegseggar. The H&R comes from the first initial of their last names. The owners of this company had a falling out and both are adamantly trying to pin the companies responsibilities on eachother. Richard was accused of stealing company funds and William (who goes by John) decided he would move the company without informing his partner. He has moved the company and changed it's name to Alpha and Omega financial services and they are located off of Haven and 6th street in rancho cucamonga, CA. I will follow up with you and give you the phone numbers and addresses as well as names as soon as I can get a hold of them.

The Issues are that they are illegally collecting money up front for loan modifications and after their split john and his son Sean Heckler (the new Vice President) have decided that it would be easier to open a new company and transfer only the files who still had balances due to them. THey are saying that they purchased the client information from H&R, but in reality the owner (william John Heckler) is the same as the owner from H&R financial services. I suggest you contact the attorney general or the department of real estate in order to have this settled as soon as possible. I believe that John has a real estate license in the state of california and if they found out that he was tied to this he may be subject to losing those as well as any other financial licenses he has.
