I purchased a Nissan Exterra in 2007.  Although I had insurance on this vehicle from the day I purchased it, HSBC took out an insurance policy on my vehicle.  It took over two years to get them to remove this policy.  I had to completely stop paying my payment, and write numerous complaint letters to the company.  The refused to refund any of the monies that I had paid for this policy.  They are crooks!
