Bought brand new HTC Desire 510 from Europe, Orange Romania. I paid 13USD to HTCunlockingservice and 4.5hrs later they issued me an unlocking cod, I tried it but got "incorrect pin" message. Phone was already restored to factory setting (as I said it was bought new from Orange store). Initially they claimed that was a genuine code from Orange, then they admitted that they'll contact Orange again for process reversal (?!). Asked for refund or another unlock code they said they will try but 2 weeks later no response. BIG SCAM!!! BE AWARE!!

Htcunlockingservice communicated with me and we are in agreement now that despite their efforts they weren't able to provide a valid unlocking code for my HTC phone. They promised they will reimburse me shortly.
