SEO Reputation Management at its best!

This company uses websites like this one: http://2012hacks.com/ to offer software to consumers to be used in popular online games offered on Facebook and Google+, like Pirates: tides of fortune.

The company puts videos of the software functioning as advertised on Utube, like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PlFgF8dtOPc that includes a link to their latest website and the download location of their software.

Once the consumer has downloaded the software they are forced to participate in third party "coupon offers" and "insurance quotes" etc. in order to obtain a password to activate the software. However, the software is totally fake, it does not do what the company claims and advertises it does. The company admits that the software is fake here: http://2012hacks.com/tos/

"All these hacks are not real and articles are fake. So its not even a hack , its just a download link button covered with cpa offer, or other affiliate program. So we are not responsible for any fake hack or article, because we do not do any damage to game and software companies. Our goal is to make money from SEO with hacks niche ."

So, in sum, the company uses false advertising, using videos showing their software performing specific tasks, which the software is completely incapable of doing. The victims of this scam end of giving away their phone numbers and emails in order to "activate" the fake software, and then the victim is spammed with never ending phone calls and emails, far far beyond even the terms of the third party offer terms they were deceived into agreeing to. This company derives a profit from each third party offer they scam their victims into participating in.
