I'd like to report a scam website that is based in China.

I made an order of a laptop (Samsung Chromebook) on this site.
The website looked legit with many electronic items (hundreds).
It urges that the website is paypal, major credit cards verified trusted site. I assume this is already a crime.
The person however asked me to send the money ($118.30) through Western Union as they had some problem.
Receiver's First Name : ZHIJIA - Last Name : GUO
The main contact is Linda An.
I received a fake EMS tracking number. After several e-mails, they urged that the laptop is confiscated at Chinese Custom and I need to pay the tariff $100 to them to get it shipped.
As far as I know, it is US custom service that need to collect any tax from foreign imported materials.
They asked me to wire $100 or order $500 or more from their site.
I don't care much about retrieving the money, but to prevent further victims, I sincerely beg you to find a way to punish them.

I just wanted to say, Thank you for posting this information on this company. They almost had me. I was going to order the Nabi XD for my child for christmas which i have been searching online for the best deals. Came across this website http://www.bestdiscountwholesalesell.com. I could not believe the price listed on the website. What caught my attention was the email to customer service which is Linda An. I sent an email advising that paypal was not a pament option on their website which it only gave me western option and wired transfer thru hsbc which i did not feel comfortable sending money that way. The email address if u click on reply its listed as bestdiscountwholesalesell@gmail.com that was a red flag to me. I just wanted to add this piece of information. I just cant believe there are people in this world doing this to hard working people. Especially this time of year. This information was very helpful and saved me from being scamed by this company. Thank you so much for reporting this. I greatly appreciate it
