SterlingPoint Systems has a slick website that carefully does not list any names of the players involved.  But let me share a few things about the principal players and how they have treated others who have given their hard earned money for a false promise.

When I was an affiliate of Commercial Property Consultants, of which I paid over $60,000 dollars for the privilege, I could not get a phone call returned, services where not delivered, the sub-contractors were not paid, and the affiliates where stiffed on their commissions.

Stay away from these players, Scott Sandler, Bill Stredney and anyone else that they may hire.

Every affiliate who've told me that they've contacted their US Senators and Congresspersons requesting that they contact Craig Tregillus of the FTC to urge action by the FTC have received commitments to contact the FTC on behalf of CPC affiliates.  (My politicians from TX included.) 



We have a very strong case. The only question is whether the FTC and state AG's act on it.  That is in our hands, because we can  help ourselves most by contacting the FTC, state AG's, US Senators and Congresspersons asking for action.   If you've not yet done so, please do so ASAP.  Sample letters are attached. [The elections in Nov. present a special opportunity; action by the AZ AG, Terry Goddard (running for AZ Gov.), would be especially helpful.]  Other hilights since the last update:



1) We've received a letter from the FTC acknowledging our complaint filed 3/2/10, but not indicating one way or the other whether they will act on it.

2) Bill Stredney's bankruptcy trial is continuing to it's final stages (if its not already completed; thus far, no info on outcome or what was presented.   Hopefully, something useful to affiliates will come to light from the bankruptcy proceeding if available to the public.)



3) It's been reported by several affiliates that Scott Sandler is involved with a new franchise opportunity, Sterlingpoint Systems, based in Phoenix and including others from CPC.   Read their website, http://sterlingpointsystems.com/.  It's all too familiar; pay them $ to be trained how to sell business services to companies.



4) A CPC affiliate recently contacted Scott Sandler on his cell phone.  Sandler reportedly taunted him saying words to the effect: "It's over.  The affiliates have lost.  Even if a lawsuit goes against me, I'll never pay." (Get you angry?  Contact the FTC, your US Senators and Congresspersons!)
