Robert "Bob" Bruce Pachaly has spent some time in prison:

He is the con man behind this shell corporation - AuthorizedLaptopRepair Inc.
Bob contracted me out to do work for him. He paid me with a fraudulent check. When it bounced, he told me "The check was just encoded wrong". He then tried to con me into giving him my bank account number. Suspicious, my bank did their own investigation and found out that the check was encoded properly but was returned for insufficient funds.
Bob changes his name every time customers catch on to him. He has more angry customers than I can count. Do NOT do business with Robert Bruce Pachaly aka Bob Pachaly !!!

He quickly moves and changes his number. He is a very convincing criminal. He has the gift of gab but behind his seemingly friendly voice is a very evil person.
