"They call from a 949-381-0821 and lie saying that they are with Google." Sorry if that specific employee mislead you, but we are given strict guidelines by our employer to not say that we are with google. 

"Thye have to result to cold calling and lying to people from data that they scrape from the yellow pages" - There could be some employees who double check yellow pages to make sure that the business is still up and running; however it is not part of the basic guidelines given to each employee.

We have heard reports that people unaffiliated with the company have been using our name when calling customers. This is unacceptable and we have begun investigations to ensure that something like this never happens again.
