I had ordered a teeth whitening kit from opalescencewhitening.com in mid-November of 2010. It is now Feb 10, 2011 and have received my order! They use false advertisement on the website saying you will get your impressions and whitening gel within one week. Untrue!
I ordered mid-November, had to send an email asking where my impression kit was on Dec 25th. Received an email back saying it was shipping out that day. Got the kit a week later to have my impressions made. I mailed it back to get my custom fitted trays and whitening gel. It is now Feb 10th and nothing!!! And they say you will get your whitening tray and gel within in a week of placing an order?!? False advertisement! More like who knows when?!?!
