On June 2, 2023, I purchased a set of 36 bowls from this company for $48.98, and they said that they were delivered on June 21, 2023 to my apartment; but, I never received them. When the delivery people leave things that I buy in front of my door, my son and I always get our things stolen. They need to deliver them in our patio. It says that on our door on a sign that I typed up in bold, but no one ever reads it. The order number is 2269, and the tracking number is: AG814860766CN. The transaction number is: 7L444140BF846501H, and the merchant transaction ID is: 8GF37169EU816110U. The Invoice ID is: 2405963400618420782067-001.
I have tried to get in touch of them by writing to them at mieclik@hotmail.com, but the message didn't get sent back, but it did not get sent either. There is no fax number or telephone number that I could find for this company anywhere online, so I could not call them.
I want them to either resend the bowl set or give me a full refund for what I paid for the bowls. Can you help me get this from them? Thank you for anyway you can help me with this problem.
