hugesnet satellite i was scammed!!  Internet

i signed up with hugesnet in early aug.2013. i had a 30 days grace period to try it out to see if i liked it, but after about a week into the service i realize the service was not what they claim it was, so i called hugesnet to cancel the service before my grace period expired, it took me and my wife calling everyday for almost 2 weeks trying to get someone we could talk to inorder to close the account.

we keep getting hanged up on, transfered then get disconnected, had other people come on the line and this went on for almost 2 weeks. i finally get someone to cancel our service who told me to send back the equipment to get my account current which i did. but they still charged us for the entire month even though we cancelled the service before the grace period.

i did ask the rep. what should i do with the dish that was on the side of my house. he said it was my responsibility and i had to take it off and discard it myself. this was late aug.2013 when i cancelled my service. nov.18, 2013 they charged my credit card for $214 for equipment i did not return. i called them immediately and they told me i did not send them the radio receiver that was on the dish.

i told them the rep. when i spoke to thier rep. in aug, he did not tell me i need to retrieve a radio receiver off the dish. he told me to get rid of it. i asked the rep. why did it took 3 months then charge my credit. i got no call, email or mail. she could not give me a good answer has to why no one got a hold of me for 3 months if this equipment was so valuable.

i told her it was it was a good thing i did not throw the dish out yet. they where giving it some time for us the unsuspected comsumers to throw out the dish then slap them with a $214 charge and claim it's on you.
