Not only was I involuntarily triple billed and ripped off by these people. But, this firm is well known around Macon to be the most overly priced law firm that offers the weakest amount of legal representation you could possibly get billed for.
Hugh Lovein will take anysort of crackhead or hobo off the street. As long as that hobo has a bank account Hugh can tap and triple bill against.
There was a big stink in the Macon Telegraph written up about these people. Basically, Jones, Cork & Miller got caught red handed ridiculously over billing The Macon Water Authority. And so, The Macon Water Authority had to fire them because Jones, Cork & Miller's billing practices were so crooked.
If you want to get ripped off...hire these people to represent you. If I were you, I wouldn't sign a retainer agreement with these people. You will live to regret it. Trust me. I learned this lesson the hard way. And I'm trying to save you from going through the same troubles I experienced with them.
