Hughesnet Pradman Kaul Pres. And CEO False advertising regarding High Speed Internet Germantown, Maryland

Hughesnet service is extremely poor and is not much faster than dial up.  I have contacted the company prior regarding this problem costing me hundreds of dollars in recommended upgrades and not solving the problem.  I tried to chat on numerous occasions with tech support regarding my slow Internet speed.  The chat tool on the web site does not work and tech support actually admitted it.  I attempted to use this tool on more than one computer and using multiple browsers, it does not work. The company is ripping people off and false advertising their service.  They are not providing the service they advertise and they get you locked into long term contracts where there is a huge penalty to get out early. Do not get caught up in this company!
