Huling Brothers rip-off sold me a unsafe vehicle Seattle Washington

I purchase a used vehicle from huling brothers. A 1999 gmc jimmy on june 14, 2003. My 1st problem was on 6/18/03 the front brakes were making noise, they tried to fix it, then on 7/24/03 I was having more problems with the front brakes which they kepted my vehicle for 2 days or so. So after I had called to see if I could pick up the vehicle several days later I am having the same problems with the grinding of brakes, squeaking brakes, I called my salesman who said to wait a couple of days for the brakes to bleed in and he also told me to contact the service guy to let him know on what I should do.

I did contact the service guy and he told me if I brought it back in he really won't be able to find anything wrong that on July 24th they had fix the problem and that there is nothing I can do about it and I would have to live the brakes making the noise, I have to brake about a block and a half if I need to make a stop at a intersections and usually I go past the white line into the pedestrian walk way. I haven't yet had to slam on my brakes, I don't know feel comfortable with having a vehicle like this, I dont want to end up hurting myself or anyone else, or having major damage to the vehicle.

I feel this is a very unsafe car and it should have never been sold if the break problems keep occuring and I shouldn't have to deal with having to hear brake noise and trying to stop vehicle ahead of time then normal. also the backend of the vehicle has major rust problems which can't be fixed, my boyfriend is a body shop guy and he gave me a example of: a person has cancer, doctors can remove the cancer and it usually comes back, the same goes for the rust problem and it creates problems down the road.
