Hunt & Henriques, Attorneys At Law "I need to get my priorities straight" San Jose, California

It all started last year when Midland Collections contacted  me about my BOA acct from the same number as this law firm.  The man who was handling my acct was extremely rude and personal with me.  Telling me he knows how much money I have due to the fact that my husband is in the military. 
I told him I could only afford $60 a month and he declined saying I needed to pay $120.  Two weeks later, in Sept 09, I got a statement setting up a plan for $52 a month till it is paid off.  I Paid $60 and that was the only statement I received.  Two days ago I got a message on the machine from H&H.  I called back that night because I do want to pay it.  She was nice at first then she told me I owe $2189, but they would settle for $1500 I told them the same thing that I could only afford $60 then she proceeded to tell me that I was served on the 2nd or the 4th of Feb.  Which I work full time no ones home and my husbands on deployment so that was a complete lye! Then they said maybe one of my neighbors received it which was legal also, I don't talk to my neighbors!  Next she asked what about my tax return and I told her that my father in law passed away and I was paying his property taxes and lawyer fees.  She proceeded to tell me "you have your priorities mixed up and you need to take care of you debt rather than theirs!!!"  I don't know about you, but I rather sell that property to pay off my debt than ignore it to pay them! Then I looked them up and found you guys.  I'm glad I'm not alone....
