On May 23, 2011 i ordered a KL-203P amp from them and i paid it though paypal. I got my order on May 27th, 2011. I hooked it up and it will not work at all. I have tried to get the company to email me about the item. I have sent four emails to them and not a one has been returned back to me. It seems that they will take your money, but will not stand behind what they sell. Now i am out the money and an item that does not work. What makes me mad as hell is because they will not return any of my emails. This right here should tell you that they do not care about anything, But your money. Please people do not do any business with this place. Take it from me You will get ripped off.

I am not nor have I ever been employed by H&Y Electronics. But I have been a customer since the late 1980's. And I find this story very hard to beilive. Because I have never had any problem with H&Y never making thing right when I had a problem. I would also like to know why would you email them? When you should've just called. And you could've contacted Paypal if you really used Paypal. Because I've never known H&Y to take Paypal. So what you say just does not make any sense to me. I find H&Y Electronics to be an upstanding company to deal with. Could you have dealt with another H&Y.

I have to say I seen the Report about the person that Brought a Item from H&Y Electronics and that he recieved it and it did not work, I do not believe that and if it does not work it only because the Buyer more then likely hooked it up wrong and blow something inside and tried to return the Blow Item. I have brought many items from this company and every single item was EXCELLENT worked just fine and there prices are the BEST any where. I will always Buy anything I need from H&Y Electronics and I TRUST the Prouducts 100%. I was able to get someone Live on the phone everytime I called and I was helped right away. I just wanted to write this rebuttal because I honestly believe its a False statement against H&Y Electronics I am a Customer and I have No Connections what so ever to H&Y Electronics. This statement I made was done on my own behalf. Thank you H&Y ELectronics for GREAT Prices Fast Shipping and Excellent Items.
